Hello! Good day my Friends!

This is my first time to share a recipe. It is very easy and really tastes good. My 3 y.o. daughter and hubby loves  it. This will be a recipe that  will stay forever in my family. I really do not know where this recipe originated. Every time I ask my mom what’s the name of this dish, she would plainly say “I don’t know”. So I am naming this recipe as Garlic Vinegar Pork.

1/2 kg Pork Belly
1 garlic clove. pressed.
4 tbsp Vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4 tbsp water
2 tbsp oil
you may add other seasoning (optional). I added a pinch of vetsin for added taste.

How to cook:

Slice the belly into small cubes.

Put all the ingredients in a pan.

Let it simmer over medium flame and stir occasionally. Put oil until little mixture is left

fry until golden brown.
