30min Meal: Honey Garlic Spare Ribs

Good day Everyone!

Here’s another fool proof recipe that will leave your plate spotless. It tastes sooo good. You should this try super easy and fast recipe. You will only need 3 ingredients – Lee Kum Kee Honey Garlic Spare Rib Sauce,  Ribs or any pork cuts, and water. I was using my ever beloved pressure cooker. The result was a delicious dish. You can include this dish in your party. This dish will save you a lot of time.

Honey Garlic Spare Ribs

What you need:
1 sachet Lee Kum Kee Honey Garlic Spare Ribs Sauce
1/2 kg Ribs
spring onions for garnish (optional)

Honey Garlic Spare Ribs

Step 1:
Put all the ingredients in the pressure cooker.  If you don’t have a pressure cooker you can use any pot. just make sure you put enough water until the ribs get nice and tender. The tender the pork, the more it taste good.

Step 2:
Cook for 20mins. Make sure to lock the pressure cooker properly.

Step 3:
After 20mins, Pour water unto the pressure cooker and open once the safety button is down. In a medium heat, let it boil until sauce thickens.

Step 4: 
Garnish with spring onion. Serve with hot rice. Enjoy!

    hi ms judy. ask lang ako about this recipe.mejo na-confuse kase ako. sa step 1 – put all ingredients sa pressure cooker (rib sauce, ribs, water) and then sa step 3 – put water again po ba? gaano kadaming water po ang ilalagay? thank you. i really want to try this on my husband’s birthday. hoping for your response.

      Hi Erica,

      Ah sorry ha at na confuse ka tuloy. Pour water UNTO THE COVER para lumabas ang steam before you can open the pressure cooker. No need to add water sa dish. Let it cook until the sauce thickens and you are good to go. I have a plan to make this again pero using a regular pot nalang kasi wala na yung pressure cooker ko.
