Hello! Good day my Friends!
Me and my little girl had so much fun making homemade play dough. I used Rachel’s play dough recipe. Rachel is the author of Adventures of a DIY Mom. She also have a lot of interesting projects, recipes, tips and tricks and a lot more. I really like the dough. It is soft, moist but not sticky. It was fantastic. My little girl played from 3-10pm. Wheew! so much energy. I got to focus with little boy and other household chores while she was busy with her new play dough.
Yes, that’s Rachel’s site in my laptop : D
She can’t wait to color all the dough.
We made dumplings, teddy bears, hearts, human, stars, carrot and elephant. We used cookie cutters, dumpling mold and a toy carrot.
We used 3 food coloring - Red, Blue and Yellow. We enjoyed combining colors and came up with eight colors – Red, Blue, Yellow, Pink, Violet, Royal Blue, Turquoise and Green. It was kind of educational for little girl too.
We are planning to make some more and this recipe will stay in this family. Thank you so much Rachel for sharing. Friends, please don’t forget to visit Rachel.
Next project is to make play dough Angry Birds.
Thank you so much for being here today.
