A very easy and yummy dessert that is a sure hit to any celebration – Mango Float.  This is one of the best Mango Float recipe I have tasted and it is made by my Mother in Law (love her). I am proud to say that the sweetest and most fragrant Mango is from Cebu, Philippines. Well, this is based on my experience. No statistics really :D What can I do? I love my hometown (wink)

      Hi Randi,

Yeah, the term float reminds me of a drink from a fast food chain. That’s how my country folks call it. Yeah, you should try it and please let me know if you did. I’d love to know the result. I appreciate your visit of my nook.

Just a little modification of the recipe above, try this:

Applying the ratio above (250ml Cream, 1 Can Condensed Milk), you can substitute the next cream for a 300ml Evaporated Milk. Just add 1/5 tablespoon of salt to a mixture of [1 Cream, 1 Evap, 1 Condensed]. It will not only cover the taste of cream but also lessen the “umay” factor..
