Here is a very easy and quick fix to your hungry stomach. You can make this in bulk and refrigerate for later. This Chicken Wrap recipe taste really good.
Chicken Wrap Recipe
6 Wraps (Wholegrain) follow re-heat instruction at the back of package
12 pcs Chicken Fingers (Skinless) Re-heat to Serve. Follow re-heat instruction at the back of package
1 medium Onion, slice in strips
1 Tomato, cubed
4 lettuce leaves, chop in strips
Grated Cheddar Cheese
2 tbsp vinegar
2 Tbsp Mayonaise – All purpose Dressing
1 tsp. ketchup
Re-heat chicken fingers as per instruction in package.
Combine vinegar and sugar. Mix well until sugar is dissolved. Soak onion in vinegar mixture for 15 mins. Remove onions.
Combine ketchup, mayonnaise and vinegar mixture.
Lay down wrap, spread mayonnaise mixture, add lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, onion and cheese.
Fold tightly. Enjoy hot or cold.
