Pan Fried Sweet Potatoes

I am really not a fan of sweet potato but every now and then I still eat them. In the Philippines, we have Camote-Q (fried sweet potato with brown sugar coating) then we group them into 2 or 3 using a skewer but that’s going to be in another post. This recipe is super simple. Yummy appetizer, side dish or snacks and very affordable too.

Ingredients:

Sweet Potatoes

Oil for frying

Instruction:

Step 1.

Peel the skin of the sweet potatoes then wash.

Step 2.

Slice into strips or wedge.

Step 3.

Fry until golden brown

Step 4. Enjoy.
