Vegetable Omelette

 

Good day every one! Here’s my favourite Vegetable omelette recipe. I love using tomatoes and spring onions into my omelette.  Of course, you can add capsicum, cheese or onions into it. Practically, anything you like. Omelette is fast and one of the easiest food to cook. Omelettes are delicious and you can eat it any time of the day.

 

Ingredients:

4 eggs

2 stalks spring onions

1 Tomato, cube

1/2 tsp salt

1 tbsp oil

Instructions:

Step 1.

Crack eggs into a bowl.

Step 2.

Add salt and beat egg.

Step 3.

Heat oil. Add tomato. cook for 1 min.

Step 4.

Add egg then spread spring onions on top

Step 5.

Slightly stir while the egg mixture is still wet

Step 5.

Ease around the edges. Slowly fold in half. When underneath turns golden brown, turn off the heat and serve.
