Buttered Cheese Puto

Summer is just around the corner and the kids don’t have classes anymore. That means I’ll be very busy entertaining them. I am starting to hear again the famous lines kids utter and that’s “Mom, I’m bored”.

Buttered Cheese Puto

So, one of my strategy this Summer would be to teach the kids baking and cooking. One of their favorite is Buttered Cheese Puto. Very easy recipe and is a keeper. It’s moist and the cheese that we put in the mixture before steaming gives that extra taste that makes this Puto special.  We are cheese lovers so the more cheese the better.
