Yummy Oatmeal Cookie Recipe

This Oatmeal Cookie recipe is easy and simple yet it is yummy. Every time I make this, it won’t last until the 2nd day. Kids love it so much. When hunger strikes, this is my go to snack. The thing that I like about this cookie recipe is that it has oats which we know has lots of fiber. For the sugar, you can always cut it to half or go for natural sweetener such as this Muscovado Raw sugar.

Oatmeal Cookies

I tried selling this and it is always sold out. Kids loved it. I like to cook it for another minute or 2 to make the top crunchy. After a few days, the cookie will be soft. Yields about 30-40 pcs. Please watch how to make this yummy oatmeal in the video below. Thank you and see you next time.
